Shipping & Returns
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on orders over $45 in the contiguous US.
When will my order arrive?
Orders typically take 1-3 business days to process and for our teams to pack up to send off to you!
If using standard shipping, orders can take up to 5-7 business days to arrive. After placing an order, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order details. Once shipped, you'll received a follow-up email that contains your tracking information.
What if I need to make a change to my shipping address?
Due to our ordering and fulfillment process, shipping addresses cannot be changed once the order has been processed, but our team will do our best to help you out.

What if my package is lost?
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, email us at hello@smellfrankly.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and photos of the items so our team can help sort it out!
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of receipt, provided items are in new, unopened condition or are gently used, in their original packaging, and shipped back in their original mailer. For more details, please refer to our full return policy.

How can I check the status of my order?
Once your order has been processed, you'll receive a confirmation email shortly after that includes your order details, followed by a second email containing tracking info once your order has shipped.
If you created an account during checkout, you can login into your Frankly account to see your order status in real time.
Can I cancel or make other changes to my order after checkout?
Due to our ordering and fulfillment process, we may not be able to make updates or cancellations to your order, but our team will do our best to help you out. Yes, all our products are cruelty-free, never tested on animals, and free of any animal products or byproducts.
What types of ingredients are in Frankly fragrances?
Our fragrances are formulated with premium natural and synthetic scent ingredients to create our complex and long-lasting Eau de Parfums. All of our products are free of preservatives, phthalates, parabens, formaldehydes — no harsh ingredients here!

Our products are designed in sunny Los Angeles, CA and are manufactured, bottled, packed and shipped here in the US.
