Shipping & Returns

Shipping

  • Orders over $45 (before taxes and after discounts) qualify for free standard ground shipping.
  • Orders under $45 ship for a flat rate of $8.
  • Orders are expected to arrive within 7–10 business days via ground shipping.
  • All fragrance orders must ship via ground due to hazmat classification therefore we currently do not ship to:
    • Hawaii or Alaska
    • P.O. Boxes
    • APO/FPO addresses
    • Military states or U.S. territories

Returns & Refunds

Returns within 14 Days
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, provided items are gently used, in their original packaging, and shipped back in the original mailer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at
hello@smellfrankly.com within 14 days of receipt. Please include photos so we can resolve it quickly.


Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be gently used and returned in original packaging.
  • All sample sets (e.g., The Prologue) and 1.5ml individual samples are final sale and not eligible for return.

Return Process

  • A $10 restocking fee applies to all eligible returns.
  • We will provide a return shipping label. The item must be shipped using the label and method we provide.
  • Returns will be inspected upon arrival. Items deemed more than gently used will not be refunded and may incur additional handling or disposal costs at Frankly’s discretion.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • A $10 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.

Order Issues

  • If your package is returned due to an incorrect address or delivery refusal, you will be charged for return shipping and a $3 processing fee.
  • Shipping addresses cannot be changed once an order is placed.
  • Frankly is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by the shipping carrier after an order leaves our facility. Please contact the carrier directly for assistance.
