Returns and Refunds

Returns within 14 Days of Purchase: We accept returns within 14 days of receipt of your order, provided the items are gently used, in their original packaging, and shipped back in the original mailer.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, email us at hello@smellfrankly.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include photos of the issue for a quick resolution.

14-day Window: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of purchase.

Gently Used Items: Items that are gently used and returned in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Return Process

Restocking Fee: A $10.00 restocking fee will apply to all returns.

Shipping Labels: We will provide you with a shipping label for eligible returns. The item must be shipped to our PO Box as specified in the label instructions. You must use the provided label and specified shipping method.

Inspection and Restocking: Returned items will undergo inspection upon receipt. If an item is determined to be more than gently used, it will be deemed non-sellable and will not be eligible for a refund. Non-sellable items may incur additional handling or disposal costs at Frankly’s discretion (see below).
Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Refunds will include deductions for the $10.00 restocking fee.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Shipping

Shipping rates for delivering made in the continental United States are provided below. Orders over $45 (before taxes and after discounts) qualify for free standard shipping.

Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico will be charged $50 for standard shipping. Free shipping services and expedited shipping fees at checkout do not include Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico.

Processed and verified *orders placed on smellfrankly.com are be expected to arrive within 7-10 business days* with ground shipping method.

Lost or Delayed Shipments: Once your package leaves our facility, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly for assistance.
Order Issues

Failed Deliveries: If your package is returned due to an incorrect address or delivery refusal, you are responsible for return shipping and the $3.00 processing fee.

Address Changes: Shipping addresses cannot be updated once your order has been placed.
